The Alliance Officially Endorses Dream Corps Justice Closing Federal Prisons Campaign

The Alliance has provided an organizational endorsement to the Dream Corps Justice’s Campaign to Close Federal Prisons. As a coalition of directly impacted persons, service providers, advocates, other stakeholders, and allies we recognize that spending $7 billion dollars per year on the federal prison system is not the best use of taxpayers’ money. We believe that money should instead be spent on services proven to promote real public safety.
