The Alliance Endorses The Final 5 Campaign

The Alliance is excited to officially endorse The Final 5 Campaign. The Final 5 Campaign is dedicated to the closure of the final five youth prisons in Illinois. With only a few hundred youth currently incarcerated in Illinois, we believe that prisons are wholly inadequate in meeting the needs of youth which would be better met in other community-based ways.
